Everybody!

Even in these days of high-speed Internet, fast computers, Business Networks, Social  Networks, On-line Dating Networks and “Speed Dating” no other activity has brought more communities and individuals together (per available population) than Square and Contra Dancing.  It has been around for over 300 years. This dancing was done in the country setting as well as every Royal Ballroom in Western Civilization and all venues in-between.  Square and Contra Dancing is very active and requires motion, physical activity, listening skills, physical contact and personal interaction.  This type of dance is great for community dances with mixed crowds and ages.
